Who doesn't love a cold, refreshing bowl of ice cream- and you can have it for breakfast?! WOOO!
I partnered up with That Protein to bring you a healthy, simple and fast 'nice' cream recipe! I love this recipe for 3 reasons
1. All the ingredients are super cheap to buy (most of them you probably already have)
2. Protein for breakfast is one of the macronutrient often forgotten about, therefore getting that protein right at the starts of you day is so important!
3. Its super healthy and tastes incredible and refreshing!
Simply Martha’s Recipe
2 frozen bananas
4 ice cubes
½ cup of instant/ground coffee
4 scoops of That Protein Chirpy Chirpy Choca Mocha Coffee Protein Powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of almond milk
First freeze 2 bananas (at least for 24 hours)
Make ½ cup of coffee (either instant or ground coffee)
Add the 2 frozen bananas into a blender, add the ice cubes, coffee, That Protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and almond milk into blender and blend until a thick consistency.
Serve with refreshing toppings!
